Copy the entire contents of a row, cells or even a single cell from the online walks programme.

For instance, if you want to reuse the description of a walk

You must be in Normal (spreadsheet) view

1. Select

• a single cell eg the one containing the description, by clicking in it
• a row by clicking on the number to the left of the row
• more than one cell or row by clicking on the first one, then dragging the pointer across all that you want to copy.

  The selection will be outlined in or coloured blue

2. Copy the selection by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and tapping the C key at the same time (Ctrl + C).

3. You can then paste that selection into an email, or the Description box on the walk submission form, or a Word document, or even a spreadsheet on your own computer. Use Ctrl+V if there is no Edit, Paste option
