Copy or print selections from the online walks program

The online program can be looked at using two different ‘views’ :

1. Normal (Spreadsheet) view or

2. List view.

When you are in Normal view you can change to List view by clicking the word View, then List, near the top of the window, under the heading Bush Club Current Walks Program.

When you are in List view, you can change to Normal view by clicking the line Go to spreadsheet view.

You can do or select different things depending on which view you are in. Click on any one to find out how

• Copy the entire contents of a row, cells or even a single cell. For instance, if you want to reuse the description of a walk

• Copy part of the contents of a cell. For instance, if you want to copy and paste just an email address.

• Print the entire contents of a row or even a single cell For instance, if you want to print just a line or section from the programme to talk with you on a walk.
